Many different sports place violent torques and stresses on the entire body, especially the shoulder and elbow. While there is really no such thing as injury prevention, you can reduce the risk, and severity of an injury with proper conditioning of your muscles. Static trapeze training involves slow, controlled movements using one's own body weight as both lever and force. After just 6 weeks one will notice considerable improvement in back strength, shoulder stability, abdominal strength and grip strength.
