"Doing Trapeze and Spanish web with Amanda has increased my overall strength dramatically. I've noticed the most changes in my upper body, back and abdominal strength. I have a lot of injuries from years of snowboarding and I've found that that working against the load of my own body weight and gravity has been the best way to gain and maintain strength that I've find highly functional.
